Grace is a Director in the UK Private Equity team, with a focus on the Consumer & Private Label sector and digitally enabled business models.

She currently sits on the Board of WaterWipes.

Grace joined 3i in 2021 from Apax Partners, where she was an investor specialising in consumer retail, digital media, and technology. She began her career in transaction services at KPMG before moving into M&A at Lazard.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
