How we add value 

During our partnership, we have supported the acquisitions of Degania Medical (2016), a leading global manufacturer of catheters and other medical devices and Silicone Altimex (2015), a silicone provider of medical device components and pharmaceutical assemblies. 

We have supported the company's focus on achieving significant growth, driven by its differentiated product offering, high service levels and a strong end-market. 

We have also overseen the sale of Q Holding’s QSR division, a leading developer and manufacturer of electrical connector seals, for US$625m and the sale of the company's Precision Components Division, a leading provider of silicone and elastomeric molding and extrusion capabilities, for US$172m to focus the business on its core Catheter Technologies segment, which serves leading global OEMs with catheter solutions for the cardiovascular, vascular, enteral feeding, urology and general surgery markets.
