Biography
Ying joined 3i in 2006 from the International Finance Corporation and is based in Hong Kong. Prior to working for the International Finance Corporation, Ying worked with Citigroup Global Investment Bank for 4 years in both New York and Hong Kong offices. Ying holds a BS in Management from Binghamton University.
