Biography

Mayeul joined 3i early 2007. He is a member of the Buyouts team and is based in Paris. He is part of 3i Consumer practice.

Recent deals that he has worked on include the buyout of DC DruckChemie GmbH, a European B2B company that develops, manufactures and supplies chemical and technical products and accessories for the printing industry.

Prior to joining 3i, Mayeul worked 3 years in investment banking in London first at Lehman Brothers in Mergers and Acquisitions advising on a wide range of private equity and corporate transactions. He then joined Barclays Capital in Leveraged Finance where he was involved in a number of LBO financings across Europe.

Mayeul graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2004 where he specialized in finance and strategy.
