Biography

Jay joined 3i in 2006 as a member of the US Growth Capital team. At 3i, Jay has been involved in the investment in Fulcrum Group and its subsequent merger with Butterfield Fund Services to create Butterfield Fulcrum Group. Prior to joining 3i, Jay worked at Summit Partners where he was involved in investments in technology, healthcare, and business services. He has also worked for Banc of America Securities in Leveraged Finance where he focused on media & telecom and financial sponsors. Jay holds a B.S. with honors in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
