3i has formed a dedicated and experienced team, backed by its network and resources to advise 3i Quoted Private Equity plc (3i QPEP) on investment opportunities in the UK and Continental European small and mid-cap quoted markets.

3i QPEP will seek to acquire influential or controlling shareholdings in quoted companies, to deliver real influence and generate private equity style returns.

3i QPEP will aim to take advantage of situations in which traditional buyout and activist funds are unlikely to invest.

3i's dedicated advisory team, Quoted Private Equity (QPE), will work in partnership with management creating a shared business plan which aligns the interests of executives and shareholders.
